How are the appointments organized?1 - Your registration form : Fill it in with a detailed description of your needs or skills. 2 - Technical catalogue : The technical catalogue will be available on the Internet two to three weeks before the convention. It includes presentation fact sheets on prime contractors and suppliers, as well as the program of solution-oriented workshops and colloquia. You will be handed over a copy of this catalogue on your arrival at the convention. 3 - Your selection : You can study the technical catalogue in order to select the companies you wish to meet on pre-scheduled appointments. 4 - Validation : We submit the list of suppliers wishing to meet the prime contractors, for validation by them. 5 - Schedule : A few days before the convention, you will receive your prescheduled appointment roster, including workshops and colloquia. On site, the contractors move from one stand to another, according to their schedule enabling quick, direct and efficient contact.
